At 2000 ft. elevation, wrapping the mountain top at its highest point, this Ultra Premium fruit is set apart from the rest of our Tin Cross Vineyard to become our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of plumb, blueberry, and vanilla leap from the glass. Deep concentration and inky color speak to the full, rich body, and the wine enters with velvety tannin on the palate. The finish rewards you with long-lived flavors of black fruit and hazelnut. Enjoy in its youth to experience these flavors, or hold 6-10 years for aged complexity, and pair with marbled red meats.
