In the high elevation and cool climate of the Santa Cruz Mountains, our Estate Pinot Noir finds the perfect terroir to bring vivid flavors of foresty strawberry, earthy pomegranate, and black olive to life. 33% New French Oak adds aromas of vanilla bean and cola and enhances the luscious and weighty mouthfeel of this Pinot Noir. Whole clusters and 100% native yeast were used in fermentation, allowing this wine to fully exhibit all of the natural character that our unique region has to offer.
