In 2018, Byington produced a sparkling wine using Chardonnay fruit from our Ultra Premium Tin Cross Vineyard. Upon tasting the base wine- before the bubbles - winery owner Benny was instantly reminded of German dry whites, and realized we
have something special for consumers of dryer style Chardonnays and crisp white wines.
